Advertising for 77 Sky
Divyasree’s uber luxurious project, nestled in the heart of the city, needed an ad campaign that matched caliber of its size, scale and of course, luxury.
The idea was to reflect the characteristics of the project, which stood taller than all others when it came to the ultimate urban living experience. A in-depth study was conducted on what makes a project stand out for a HNIs. In a city where the general public is induced to a heavy load of real estate adverts, it was our goal to create a one-of-a-kind ad campaign.
The main objective was to stand out from the other brochures while conveying the message of having the most unique and certainly the most luxurious community right in the heart of the city. The goal was to showcase 77 sky as peerless and one-of-a-kind.
The concept came about to create a campaign that had every little detail listed out in it. Every nuance that sets this project apart from its contemporaries would be highlighted.
The approach we took this time was to directly reflect what was there in the brochure. Since it was already a reservoir of all the information one needed to know about 77 sky, taking crucial excerpts from it and translating it to the ad medium made the campaign come into fruition.
The campaign was a hit. Everyone who had a chance to experience it managed to remember it for quite some time. Aesthetically sound and highly communicative were some of the comments the campaign received. It isn’t very often that a simple campaign generates a lot of buzz, but this was a clear cut exception.
