American Express Employer Branding
American Express is a highly respected brand. We created an Employer Branding positioning for them based on the theme of ‘Extraordinary workdays’ and translated this to the office space. The result, increased engagement of the occupants of the office with the brand values.
The project in question was Amex’s Gurgaon office. Like any multinational, Amex has a robust brand system. Within this system are guidelines to build and develop communication material. We chose to use live photography + typography as the main design approach. This was in line with the image system being used by the brand.

American Express prides itself in providing extraordinary experiences for its customers. These experiences are built by its dynamic workforce. We proposed continuing the ‘extraordinary’ positioning that the company uses frequently and translated this into an employee viewpoint – Having extraordinary everydays.
A sprinkling of illustrations based on the brand style augmented the main photography + typography approach.
