Let’s start a new design project together!

Website design for ComplyScore, an innovative American startup
In this website design engagement, we used the JTBD (Job to be done) framework to build the content strategy. The website showcased ComplyScore as a nimble startup in the GRC space.
Challenge
In the GRC space, a crisp website design helps generate leads for the product. We had to build an engaging website for ComplyScore, a New Jersey based startup that creates cutting-edge software to help large companies automate their 3P assessments.

Research
Undertake comprehensive research in the GRC software space by analysing leaders and competitors. For websites, Rezonant frequently uses the JTBD framework to develop engaging messaging; in this case we explored the possibilities of this framework for ComplyScore’s brand.

Illustration curation
The design process for this website began around three core focus areas – to ensure that customers discover ComplyScore’s solutions, to ensure they understood the benefits and finally to help them understand how the product was packaged.
We began with using the JTBD (Job to be done) framework developed by Clayton Christensen. This framework has been used by billion dollar startups to build product and brand messaging.

Using illustrations in the website design

The chosen method to demonstrate the products was illustration, inspired by current trends and effectiveness in product branding.

Impact
The website helped ComplyScore build traction among prospects and create a new brand image.
