Truelyser was a company created to change the way, supply chains of diagnostic equipment were managed. We had to build an image for them that helped attract the best people.
We helped develop Truelyser’s EVP -“Empowering Caregivers”. This was scaled to create a content master set that included an employer branding code book, onboarding material, office graphics and talent aquisition material.
A culture book that helps in employer branding
Rezonant teams worked with teams from Truelyser and other group companies, Sigtuple and Mirable to build the ‘Why join?’ story set. The group of companies had an interesting value proposition that would appeal to young engineers, medical professionals and operations professionals, because of exposure to three different industries.
