Let’s start a new design project together!
Informative and inspiring office graphics for one of India’s oldest and largest companies
Office graphics for ITC was a challenging prospect. ITC is one of India’s foremost private sector companies with a diversified presence in FMCG, Hotels, Packaging, Paperboards & Specialty Papers and Agri-Business. Representing all of this well in the office would require a deep dive into the ITC eco system and that is just what we did.
Challenge
How do the office graphics ‘belong’ to all employees across all divisions? How do people find their way around the office without wasting time and energy? How to motivate employees who are grumbling about the shift from Hyderabad to Guntur?
Research
Deep analysis of core philosophies of ITC, understand their vision and their business. To tell a story that is informative and engaging through the office space.
We told the story of ‘Farmer First’, a cause that is very dear to ITC, through environmental graphics and way finding.
50+ farmer stories created
Design
Creating 50+ stories around the Farmer First theme. Curated photographs from a large set of photographs given by ITC. Use of different and interesting visual languages to convey the stories. Create a unique and colourful way finding experience
Photography based office graphics
We created content around the theme ‘Farmer First’.
It was a unique and inspiring experience for our team to spend time with team ITC and meet farmers to understand the level and depth of the bond between the company and the farmers.
ITC did a lot for each of its farmers; ranging from helping them with their crops to helping with education, equipment and more.
The primary concept that needed to be highlighted was ITC’s ‘produce the buy’ where they helped each farmer produce the best yield possible. This was showcased in the office graphics.
Paper cut illustration
The office was a huge canvas and our in-house artists took full advantage.
We created posters, art pieces, and much more for the office graphics in different styles such as:
1. Paper cut out art
2. Grain art
3. Hand drawn illustrations
4. Photo manipulations – Illustrations + Photography
Grain art for the office graphics
The ITC office had a large number of meeting rooms. The strategy for the meeting rooms part of the office graphics was to use the different grains that ITC grows, uses and sells as a pattern on the glass. This ensured a direct connect to the Farmer First theme as well as privacy for the meeting room users.

Impact
An informative, engaging and inspiring office space that the employees appreciated. More people became aware of what ITC does for farmers.
