Challenge
Rezonant was asked to contribute to a cultural effort by the folks at Google. This was an initiative to create diverse and culturally nuanced themed murals for Google India for the new office in Mumbai. The challenge was to tie all the murals together into one cohesive vision.
The Australian themed mural that painted a surreal vision for the viewers. It is a collage carefully created using shapes and colours that make up the flora and fauna of the continent.
One can point out the animals such as elephants and snakes as well as human figures in this mural.
Research
An extensive research was done to find captivating and special elements from all around the world. Along the way, we discovered something interesting. Every destination had quirky style of their own. Ultimately, four countries took the coveted spot of having their art on ‘Google walls’.
Design
Rezonant started designing large-scale murals for Google India that paid homage to the beautiful cultures from all over the world. These murals were brought together using bold colours with bold compositions centered around different destinations. These different destinations inspired surreal and extraordinary imagery.

Impact
The murals for Google India played a role in uniting the office’s theme getaways. It encompasses the very notion of being different but similar in a colorful and harmonious way.
