Challenge
Dream Heights was SOBHA’s first project in Gujarat. How do we extend the SOBHA experience in Gujarat? And more importantly, how to communicate the attributes that make SOBHA, India’s #1 developer?
Strategy
Design not a brochure, but a lifestyle magazine. Extend the strategy to all SOBHA projects, so that editions of the magazine will create a larger interest in brand SOBHA. Interestingly, the first magazine brochure we created for SOBHA was for Marina One, a luxury project in Kochi.
Design
The strategy to extend the magazine brochure style to this project ensured that the engagement strategy continued from other projects. This magazine was a treatise of rich visuals that told not only SOBHA’s story but that of GIFT City, India’s ambitious smart city project.

Outcome
A brochure that extended the strategy of the ‘Brochure-as-a-magazine’ concept and helped customers engage with SOBHA’s sales team. This brochure became an effective sales tool for the team.

Simply put, it is a brochure that gets re-styled like a magazine. That means content, visuals and photography assume avatars of those seen in magazines.
