A real estate brochure of today really needs to stand apart from the ordinary dime-a-dozen brochures that can be found literally everywhere. Our approach was to create an artistic brochure that inspires the reader and paints a true lifestyle picture for a potential resident.
Challenge
To attract buyers from 3 states. To effectively communicate the USPs of the property along with the lifestyle.
Research
Work with team ARD to understand the target audience. Understand the local market. Understand the home and its features in detail.
Design
Developed a new style of paper-cut illustration to showcase key features. The rich style would be scaled to other projects of ARD. We also helped in the documentation of features in a visual way.
The Mysore buyer was a different breed from the Bangalore one. Homes were meant to live in.
We created a rich brochure with premium paper, high quality photographs and a story for the property that allowed readers to visualise their lives at Sylvan Greens.
We also helped refine the master plans from a graphic design perspective.

Each illustration was first conceptualised, then sketched, then created in full. Post which the layers were added, it was all stuck together and pictures were taken. This kind of painstaking art oriented approach was fairly new for a standard real estate brochure.
Art in a real estate brochure was not commonplace in the slightest and caused quite a stir.
