Developed a new style of paper-cut illustration to showcase key features. The rich style would be scaled to other projects of ARD. We also helped in the documentation of features in a visual way.
The Mysore buyer was a different breed from the Bangalore one. Homes were meant to live in.
We created a rich brochure with premium paper, high quality photographs and a story for the property that allowed readers to visualise their lives at Sylvan Greens.
We also helped refine the master plans from a graphic design perspective.
A real estate brochure with paper-cut out art
Each illustration was first conceptualised, then sketched, then created in full. Post which the layers were added, it was all stuck together and pictures were taken. This kind of painstaking art oriented approach was fairly new for a standard real estate brochure.
