The challenge was to create a vibrant office space that reflected the energy of the company and the vision of the founders – To create buzz with the new office to attract the right talent – To create a space that celebrated working at Urban Ladder and equally importantly, the impact the company has on its customers.

Rezonant helped with several design interventions in their office. This included the a Lego-styled history wall, a streetscape illustration that told Urban Ladder’s story, a massive doodle wall that showed how Urban Ladder worked. Apart from this the meeting rooms were themed on top design thinkers across generations.

Meeting rooms at Urban Ladder
Urban Ladder was unusually inspired by design and design thinkers. Their entire office was sprinkled by nuggets of famous designs. We extended this idea into the meeting room space.

The Streetscape Wall
What if one wall celebrated the whole company? We created a custom illustration that used the natural elements in the corridor – like a fire hose reel cabinet and doors – to become seamless parts of the design.

The doodle wall
This wall perhaps served as a live training wall. The fine folks at Urban Ladder would spend a few minutes looking at the different departments that functioned seamlessly.
Lego based graphics
Lego is timeless. Lego is creative. Lego tells stories instantly. In this case Lego was used as a base to style these illustrations for the history wall.
