Shadow signage and graphics at SOBHA Dream Gardens
Challenge
SOBHA Dream Gardens is a collection of gorgeous zen-themed homes located in North Bangalore. The location is an upcoming hotspot and as usual SOBHA had thought of everything in these homes. We had to showcase the home experience to the customers.
Research
We used our research backbone – the material from our relationship with SOBHA over the last decade – to form the basis of the experience design. We benchmarked similar projects in the area and profiled the target audience.
Design
The design process for the experience centre for SOBHA Dream Gardens included CX Design, communications strategy, demo experience design, exhibition design, wayfinding and signage, internal Environmental Graphics, 3D installations and interactive elements that helped people fully understand the homes.

Shadow signage in SOBHA Dream Gardens
The highlight of this centre at SOBHA Dream Gardens is the use of light and shadow to define the graphics experience. The key wall in light and shadow took over 6 on-site trials in different text templates to get the desired effect. We used special high-power focus lights to create sharp and deep shadows. The text templates were in different sizes in order to ensure that the shadows were of the same height.
