To engage the impatient and well-travelled ultra luxury buyer, and entice him to consider the
Rs 7+ Crore apartments of over 6000 SFT. Designing a luxurious brochure like this needed strategy that compiles all the assets needed to tell the story.
By profiling the ultra-luxury buyer in Bangalore, we understood the various objects and experiences that such a family possesses. This helped drive the nuances and metaphors to build content for this brochure. Eventually the strategy used a lot of real statistics that helped the users understand the scale of this project.
This 114 page luxurious brochure used statistics of luxury buying and space to demonstrate the project. For example, to demonstrate the size of the vast balconies, an image of the US Presidential car, ‘The Beast’ was used as a metaphor. Painstakingly detailed renderings were developed by the architects for whom Rezonant provided the briefs. This was a different treatment from the other brochures we created for luxury real estate.
